Pricing for Imprinted Items

Almost all of our products are suitable for laser engraving, laser marking, etching, or color imprinting. For most of our awards, engraving and artwork fees are included in the price of the product. If the fee is not included, this is noted in our catalog and online store. Our standard fees are:

Color fill (gold or silver) on recycled glass products	$8.00 per piece
Hand painting (on laser etched wood products)	$8.00 per color, per piece
Custom artwork or design	$75.00 per hour

Set-Up Fees

We do not charge set-up fees. If your project requires special setup, we will inform you prior to accepting your order and provide you with a price estimate.

Personalization

We do not charge extra for personalization. If you would like to include individual names or organizations on your awards, feel free!

Artwork

If you are a current client, we have your logos and artwork layouts from previous projects on file, so there is no need to send us new files.

Artwork for wood or metal

If you are a new client or a current client with new graphics, please email us the text for your award at artwork(@)rivannadesigns.com, along with a high resolution (300 dpi or better) .eps or .tif file of your logo or graphic (preferably with layers intact). If your logo is to be reproduced in color (using color sublimation technology), please email us a full color file. If your logo is going to be laser etched in wood or on metal, please email us a black & white or color file. If you are terrified of graphics of any kind, please don't hesitate to email artwork(@)rivannadesigns.com. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Artwork for recycled glass pieces

We sandblast our recycled glass pieces.  As a result, we require black and white logos or graphics.  Logos with gradients, photos, or color layers may not be suitable. If you cannot send us an appropriate logo or graphic file, we can prepare artwork for you. Artwork preparation charges are $75.00 per hour.

Artwork Approvals

Once we receive your logo and text files, we will prepare a master artwork layout for you. If you are ordering more than one type of award, we will prepare a layout for each award type. When the artwork layouts are complete, we will email them to you in Adobe PDF format. To download the latest version of Adobe® Reader®, click here.

Once you have reviewed your master artwork, please email us your approval or let us know of any required changes. We will make the changes and send the revision back to you for approval. We cannot prepare individual award proofs until we have your final approval on master artwork.

Once you have approved your master artwork, we’ll email you individual award proofs. Please proofread your list of award recipients prior to sending it to us so that we don't have to badger you while you are concentrating on the other details for your event or ceremony.

Order Processing Time

Our lead times are generally 2-4 weeks from the time of order. However, since we make most of our own products, we always appreciate advance notice! We're scheduling production jobs many months in advance so please don't hesitate to complete the contact us form or call us at 866-RIVANNA if you'd like to secure a place on our schedule.

Rush Fees

We make every effort to ship each order in a timely and efficient manner. For lead times of less than 2 weeks (10 business days), we charge $75 or 5% of the order total, whichever amount is greater. We also charge for any unusual costs that might be incurred as a result of the rush order. Please note, however, that if rush fees apply we will always let you know in advance of accepting your order.

Drop Shipments and Special Fulfillment Requirements

If you would like us to distribute your plaques, gifts, or awards directly to the recipients, we would be happy to do this for you. We charge $5.00 per location for multiple drop shipments in addition to standard shipping charges. We support a number of large and ongoing award programs with special fulfillment requirements and can tailor a one-time or ongoing fulfillment plan to meet your needs.
