Our Cirrus Perpetual Plaque is a great way to recognize continual achievement within your organization. The plaque is crafted from FSC-certified 100% recycled wood that is hand painted with a natural black finish. Cirrus Perpetual features a 100% recycled glass inset. The silver aluminum front plate can include the text of your choice. Standard glass color is ice blue.

The black plates engrave in silver and are offered individually, annually or as needed. The first plate is included with the plaque.
